This holistic approach ensures that we can identify any potential health issues and offer personalized recommendations for maintaining or improving your well-being.
  • How often should I have a breast check-up?
We recommend performing monthly breast self-exams at home to check for any changes in your breasts. Additionally, women aged 40 and older should have a clinical breast exam by a healthcare provider annually, and regular mammograms are typically recommended starting at age 40 or earlier based on individual risk factors. We'll personalize screening recommendations based on your specific situation.
